How to Smoothly Transition Your Company to Using Magmall's Corporate Subscription Services
Step1 - Initial Account Setup (10 minutes)
Our account setup manager will review the following items with the person[s] at your company who is in charge of setting up the MagMall account.
- Account login URL, username and password.
- Contact phone, fax and email information for account representatives
- Invoicing and payment alternatives
- What to do if a magazine you want to order isn't located in our database
- Do a quick walkthrough of our online ordering system.
Step2 - Place Orders (new, renewal or even gift)
- Place an order securely online or contact your Account Representative.
- Upon order completion, we'll send you an order confirmation by email.
You can renew subscriptions whether ordered previously through MagMall or not. For us to extend the subscription just provide us with the same subscriber information that appears on the magazine label.
Can't find a magazine in our database? Just drop us a note via email at publishers@magmall.com with any information that you can provide (magazine name, phone number, web site ...) and the subscriber's name. We'll trace the magazine and add it to our database and confirm with you when the order has been placed.
Step3 - Renewing individual subscriptions or batches of subscriptions (2 options)
- Collect renewal notices in your mailroom and send them to us periodically or once a month. We can provide you with preaddressed envelopes.
- Send us a list of subscriptions (either hard copy or electronic format like excel, dbf, tab, txt) you want us to renew including the magazine title, the subscriber name and full address.
We'll review the renewal notices or the list you provide and send you a one step report highlighting what needs to be renewed. Just send us back the approved orders and we'll handle the rest of the renewal process.
Step4 - Questions, problems, cancellations and missed issues
