Manage Your Magazine Subscriptions Online

Using an administration screen interface, you can take care of ordering subscriptions, changing addresses and paying outstanding invoices. All you need to manage your account is your username and password and an Internet browser.

What happens if I try to login to manage my magazines and the system doesn't let me in?

When you get an error it is probably related to your browser security settings or your ISP potentially. Try lowering your security settings and logging in again. Also, if you are using Mozilla, Netscape Navigator or Firefox as your browser, you should try switching to Internet Explorer and see if that works. Sometimes these other browsers act funny and become slightly incompatible with our website. Again, try switching to Internet Explorer.

If you are already using Internet Explorer and still continue to have problems, it may be that your browser needs to be updated. Check with Microsoft's update website to see if there are updates for your browser.

To adjust your security settings in Internet Explorer follow these steps:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
   
   
2. Click on the "Tools" drop-menu and click on "Internet Options . . ."
   
   
3. Click on the "Security" tab.  to adjust Internet Explorer's security options.
   
   
4. Click on the "Custom Level" button.  Near the bottom of the window, there will be a drop-down menu that says "Reset to:"
   
   
5. Click on this, and select "Medium."  This should allow you to use our site effectively and still have adequate security on the Web.
   
   
6. Click on the "OK" button, and when the window disappears click on the next "OK" button.  This should leave only your browser window open.  Try again to login to our site.
