Whether you are looking for business, gift, personal, or library magazine subscriptions Business Week is a great choice for a wide range of people who are at or aiming for the top in the world of business. When running or leading a large or complex organisation, it is vital to stay on top of developments in a wide range of fields. It is not always easy to gather information on the different aspects of technology, economics, the media and marketing trends that will affect particular business and market segments.

It can also be difficult to find the time to keep up-to-date with changes in corporate leadership styles, the way personal finances are best arranged and how the small business market is evolving. In addition, keeping up with new innovations, lifestyle trends and gaining insight into national and global news is vital for business leaders, but can be time consuming.

Educated business decision makers, who set the rules and shape the way Americans work and play, need good quality information in an easily accessible format. They need their information to be relevant, timely, thorough and, above all, useful. Business Week provides all of this and much more. It is the best way of covering all of these aspects of our rapidly changing and developing world. It helps its readers to stay ahead of the curve while remaining balanced, influential and engaged.

This magazine also caters for the discerning, adventurous and indulgent aspects of their lives. Do you make business decisions at any level or do you aspire to do this? Do you want to support somebody else in becoming an influential business leader? Are your customers, employees or visitors aiming for or interested in this field?

Why not try discount subscriptions to Business Week? This magazine is well worth its cost and will help you make a good impression on a wide range of people. It is very suitable for informing yourself, putting in a library, giving to an associate or client or for your magazine subscriptions for waiting rooms. You will not regret taking out a subscription!

This posting is a letter we received from an aspiring writer who wanted to write an article about magazine services online.

Magazine subscriptions from MagMall makes a lot of sense because it is one of the original places to go for online magazine subscriptions. They have a great discount! They have a wide variety of magazines to choose from, ranging from fashion to science to health to computers and Internet. They are all reduced significantly from the newsstand rate! You can usually get a whole year for less than the price of 4 or 5 issues!

If you are a businessperson, why not pick up the latest issue of a business magazine? There are many to choose from, from computers to stocks to business investments. They even have magazines that are specific to your business interest. Wouldn’t it be great to have all these wonderful tips to help you come right to your home? Or how about to your office, so you can share with your co-workers? Each co-worker can get one magazine, and then your entire office can share together. Your boss would likely be very impressed with your extra knowledge, as well as how great you are working with your co-workers. If you organized it, it would really show your initiative.

How about if you are a doctor, or work in a doctor’s office? Wouldn’t your patients be happier in your waiting room if they were able to read something they enjoyed, instead of having them just sit there with only 1 or 2 magazine choices? That would help their wait go faster, and in turn will be more willing to come back. So, why not get a wide variety of different magazines, since your customers all have different tastes. That way everyone can be happy. Doctors and workers can even get something for themselves, so that they can enjoy something on your break?

Students what about you? Wouldn’t you like to read something else besides a textbook once in a while? Since magazines are published every month, you can get up-to-date information on your chosen area of study. Magazines can also have more interesting sections, as well as sections that can show how your field of study can be applicable in the real world. You can even read letter and articles from people who are knowledgeable in your field. Or, you can just get a magazine or two to just relax with after a big test. The best part is that they have student magazine subscriptions, special magazine discounts that you have to be a student to qualify for!

If you did not get a chance to review the article on long term care insurance I referenced from the Forbes magazine web site I’ve decided to cover it in more detail here. If I get a chance I may do some more research in other business magazines like Business Week and Smartmoney to see what they have to say about this type of protective planning.

Long term health care (LTC) insurance ensures that you will have money for care, thereby protecting your assets from being consumed by your health care needs. An LTC policy gives you the type of retirement plan that assures you of an income as long as you need it. Financial advisers nationwide will tell you that health care costs are the top threat to your retirement security. As I write this blog I ask myself as does Forbes writers, “why don’t more Americans buy LTC coverage”? Even moreso, why don’t more financial advisers (who understand the planning benefits), sell these LTC policies?

There are many reasons it seems why they don’t purchase the insurance. Consumers think that spending at least $1,000 a year when they are in their fifties and feeling good is too expensive. Plus, financial advisers don’t actually sell coverage so they have to refer you to someone else like dedicated LTC specialists. At the end of the day, the simple answer is people don’t like to think about death, let alone plan for the long term care that precedes it.

I don’t want to belabor the point anymore. Long term health care insurance is something to consider and if I had not been a consistent fan of Forbes I would not have started to consider this as a new priority as I enter my forties. If you want to expand your horizons and order a subscription to this types of informative magazine consider subscribing through our discount magazine subscription service. Better Homes & Garden magazine

Usually, Better Homes & Garden Magazine will give the reader home improvement advice, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the newest issue (which is also available online) has an amazing article on extremely delicious drinks for the summer that are also good for you. My favorite is the sparkling Red and Green Tea that leaves you nutritiously satisfied and is also a fantastic source of vitamins and protein for those really hot summer days.

My other favorite drink that’s featured on the online edition is the ever-satisfying Strawberry Iced Tea that tastes even better when unsweetened berries are added to the mix. Just imagine lounging in your backyard after a long day of re-tiling your kitchen floor and drinking this ever-amazing tasty liquid. You can just imagine the satisfaction coming at you, can’t you? I’m just glad that my subscription to this magazine started right on time for the summer!

My wife and older children have been helping me out with both ideas and constructive criticism when it comes to re-doing parts of the house. I usually reward my children with some delicious and alcohol-free Apricot-Mint Tea which is an all time favorite for them. My wife prefers the (also non-alcoholic) Cranberry-Ginseng Tea after she’s finished giving me more ideas on the window pane color or color of the drapes that we are putting in the dining room. I’ve covered great tips like this in other home magazine related postings like Fine Homebuilding.

When it’s really hot and I noticed that my family has been extra helpful in fixing up the house or redecorating certain areas of the living room/bedrooms, I give them an even more special extra treat – Anise Coffee and Ice Cream – which includes beautiful iceberg-like pieces of vanilla ice cream which melt incredibly when hot chocolate is poured into it. It’s the most devilish taste of all in my book! Better Homes and Garden magazine is a great addition to anyone’s library. Whether you want to put in your waiting room for patients, your reception area for clients or right in your living room on a coffee table, you can’t go wrong ordering a subscription. And of course, you saved off the newsstand price, so that can’t hurt either.

In one of the most recent issues of Home Magazine, “The Home Team” has been featured for doing a screen porch project. As they exclaim proudly on their site, “THey’ve done it again and transformed an underutilized and inhospitable screen porch into an attractive arena for social gatherings.

With a tiny café table and a few potted plants, the 10-by-30-foot space was strictly no frills. Over the course of several days, editor-in-chief Donna Sapolin (center), flanked by stylist Stephen Antonson (left), and deputy articles editor Nicole Sforza, brought the space to life. The trio built a roomy, picnic-style table and matching benches; added a serving console and extra seating; and covered the windows looking into the interior rooms with simple drapery panels. Now, this outdoor oasis is a delightful destination.

When you read periodicals like Home magazine or even more action packed titles like Fine Homebuilding Magazine you really get a good cross section of what home type magazines are all about. It’s interesting that such a general interest publisher like Hachette Filipacchi Magazines, Inc. would put out such a good title, but they did it. If you are looking to subscribe you can check your local public library or even a school library. We offer gift subscriptions with free gift cards through our online magazine subscription service. There are business and corporate discounts too if you want to include this title in a consolidated magazine subscription order.

We’ve been talking about home magazines for the last week or so and I think we are almost done profiling the benefits of Fine Homebuilding Magazine. In case you’ve missed recent postings this is a home improvement and home construction periodical put out by that prolific publisher The Taunton Press. In some sense it is devoted to professional builders and contractors. Interestingly enough though it turns out that FHM (I can say this now that the American version of FHM is out of business), has become a sort of inspiration for homeowners.

Even if you are a first time homebuilder you will find that this editor packed periodical is filled with one of the most impressive collections of home improvement and design articles in the market. If you look in a local public or school library, you should easily be able to find a copy. Besides picking them up at a newsstand, it totally pays to save money and order a full one year, 8 issue subscription for only $37.95 through an online magazine subscription service. Sometimes if you look hard enough you can even find promotional coupons for $5.00 off a subscription which gives you even more savings.

We are pretty big fans of Taunton Press because they put out other magazines like Fine Gardening and Fine Woodworking. Fine Homebuilding though is still one of their finer magazines and if you are spending any time on your house, then you should try it out and see how you can benefit from their creative and impressive ideas that will help you finish a project in the most efficient time!

I was reading one of the newest blogs on the Fine Homebuilding Magazine website and was quite amazed regarding the completion of The Concept House. It took months of work, but it was well worth it. There were quite a lot of people that attended the special presentations and tours (which included college architectural students, the local green building council, inspectors, energy company employees and, of course, neighbors who are always curious about the “to-do” involved in this!).

Some of the visitors were amazed that they had installed recycled rugs (which are turned into brand new rugs that look just like new ones!) and were amazed at the quality of them, as well! One visitor really enjoyed the movable walls (just like the old film noir and horror movies) and it almost made us feel as if we were children as we continued exploring some of the least traveled areas in this house! I don’t doubt how surprised some of the visitors were that some of the materials within the house were recycled, but what really amazed them was the high quality of the recycled materials therein!

There were five different technologies that were used for the very first time in this house and they included some panelized foundations and floors; what some people call “the utility core concept,”; the incredibly systematized green building approach; some air admittance valves and the engineered plumbing and last, but not least some natural finishes were applied, including linoleum and clay. So much wonderful stuff that will be mentioned in the next couple of upcoming blogs, of course! All of this, of course, is due to reading and understanding Fine Homebuilding Magazine.

What else can I say? Stay tuned! And don’t forget you can join many other of our satisfied individual and corporate customers like businesses and public or school library subcsribers and order this and other home magazines like Architectural Record Magazine at great discount prices through our online magazine subscription service. All that I know is that when I want to get down to the nitty gritty and start thinking of expanding my home, I always turn to home magazines for a heads up and for a way to receive a burning influence from this most motivating force. Where else can you order both a corporate and/or business one year subscription to a home construction or home design magazine like Architectural Record MagazineArchitectural Record for a discount price that is less than $40.00? I don’t think that anyone else can beat that price! Don’t forget that correctional institutions and schools are also serviced by our wonderful magazine subscription service.

If you have ever had a craving for performing construction jobs or just rebuilding part of your house or even building a new home altogether, then Fine Homebuilding Magazine should be part of your monthly reading study time. Being one of the finest magazines published in reference to the construction and architectural industries, Fine Homebuilding Magazine exceeds in leaps and bounds over similar publications!

As popular as home renovation is, there are remarkably few magazines around that adequately cover the subject. Fine Homebuilding Magazine is, in my opinion, one of the underdogs–and one of the best. Popular within the trade (all the articles are written by contractors but most are accessible by anyone reasonably handy), they take a very loving approach to each task they focus on. Fine Homebuilding avoids the jargon and has some great writers. Their articles come from professionals with real world situations such as how to properly vent a roof to the best way to layout a kitchen.

There is excellent coverage in the techniques of quality home building. Fine Homebuilding Magazine is about creating a unique home, with features that reflect your personality and meet your needs. Now, that may sound a little high-falutin’, but they succeed admirably. You will most likely save money when you order subscriptions for corporations, businesses, school libraries and correctional facilities through many magazine subscription services.

Throughout the different departments the writing is well done and excellent photographs illustrate what the article in Fine Homebuilding Magazine is talking about. The stories run the gamut of homebuilding topics. Some recent stories include how to use primer when painting, all about glass tile, energy efficiency in homes and different fireplace mantels, etc. You can order a one year, eight issue subscription to Fine Homebuilding Magazine for the low price of $37.95 through our wonderful magazine subscription service (www.magmall.com) and be prepared to be enthused about building a new home or addition to a home!
